By using callsback.ai (marketing site, waitlist, and demo line), you agree to these terms. Paid product access is governed by a separate customer agreement.

Marketing & waitlist

The site and waitlist are provided as-is for informational and early-access purposes. We may change features, pricing, or availability without notice before a signed agreement.

Demo line

The published demo number is a live AI receptionist on a real operating store profile. Tools such as hours and pricing may be live. Do not submit payment card data, PHI, laundry card numbers, or other sensitive personal information on a demo call. Demo use is for evaluation only and may be rate-limited or revoked.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the demo line (harassment, robocalling, probing for vulnerabilities, or attempts to exfiltrate data). We may block numbers that violate these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Cards, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the marketing site or demo line. Product SLAs appear only in a signed customer agreement.

Governing law: Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue: state and federal courts located in Delaware.
