Ship guarantee
Golden floors ≥ 0.8 + defect suites gate every deployment — a paid adapter that regresses base behavior never ships. Floor: ≥ 0.8. Tenant data trains only that tenant's adapter — base weights never absorb tenant data. Dedicated is the only tier with tenant data in weights, and those weights are theirs.
