AI disclosure & recording

CallsBack is an AI voice assistant operated by Better Cards, LLC. When you call a CallsBack number, you may be speaking with an automated system that can understand speech, take actions on behalf of the business, and transfer you to a human.

Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and dispute resolution. Retention defaults are configured per tenant (typically up to 60 days) and can be shorter on request.

If you do not wish to speak with an AI assistant or to be recorded, say so and ask to be transferred to a human, or hang up and contact the business by another channel.
