Card-system stores (eight locations) and East 33rd Full Cycle: she can read card balance and machine facts when those systems are live for the store. Verified refund, card reload ($10/$20/$50), and remote start are enabled on card-system store lines when the charge is confirmed — owner live proof still pending.
