Splitting the work this way keeps the experience consistent. Guests get a receptionist who talks like the store, and the owner line stays a separate, private lane for the owner, the demo, and voicemail.

For staff, nothing about how the store runs changes — Sam handles the routine ring so the team can handle the floor, and calls that genuinely need a person still reach one.
